photos of my happy 2

we've had great weather this weekend & some nice, outside adventures. i've kept my camera handy and captured a few things i wanted to share. here are some pictures of my happy.

we went to a renaissance festival and brooke got a daddy's eye view of the jousting.

during a romp through the woods, i came across a fungus that felt like the softest corduroy ever.

i don't love spiders, but i sure like taking pictures of their webs when the sun hits just right.

this log was so smooth and curvy and enticing.

my girlie with her hair dyed reddish. we were out looking for deer with my mom.

i love that my mom still climbs trees and does adventurous things.

and this is anna, my parents' st bernard, hanging out on brooke's bed with her.

    Anna is absolutely huge. I don't think I've ever seen such a huge dog on here before! Nice post as usual, it's good to be happy.

    That is one beautiful girl you've got.

    And, germaphobe or not, I'm a sucker for a big huge dog. We used to have a greyhound, and even though they're so skinny, they are BIGGGG. And I love Great Danes, and Bernese Mountain Dogs, so, so much. Very cute St. Bernard. Except, does he drool? That, I could live without. ;)

    actually, she hardly drools at all unless she just had a big drink of water. my only real issue with her is the big eye boogers that she puts on my clothes & arms when she rubs her big milk jug head on me.

    Everytime I see a St. Bernard, I think of that cartoon one where he always had the makings of a cocktail in his collar.

    The dog is massive! I got bit in the hip by one when I was six...never looked at one again until your picture here......holy smokes, it's huge.
